Where does my contribution go?
The contribution goes to the owner’s Razorpay merchant account. Razorpay may deduct fees. The net amount supports domain, maintenance and content costs; no itemised allocation is promised.
Which methods can I use?
The payment page is hosted by Razorpay, so the exact methods — UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets — are shown to you at checkout. What appears can vary by location and by the payment page's configuration. More methods may be added over time.
What does the contribution unlock?
Nothing. It is optional support, not a purchase. Published learning pages remain available without contributing.
Is my payment secure?
Card, UPI and bank credentials are entered on Razorpay’s hosted page, not into an EkGuru form. Razorpay and the owner’s merchant account retain transaction records under their policies.
Do I get a receipt?
Check Razorpay’s confirmation and your bank or UPI history. If you need help matching a transaction, contact EkGuru with the transaction reference but never send card, UPI PIN or bank credentials. EkGuru is not a registered charity and does not claim tax-deductible status.
