Any site that answers this without asking about your hours is guessing. The honest answer has a shape rather than a number.
Reading Devanagari is the most predictable milestone: roughly thirty to fifty hours of practice, because the script is phonetic and finite. Survival Hindi — greetings, numbers, prices, directions — takes somewhere around eighty to a hundred and fifty. Simple conversation about your life, with mistakes that do not block understanding, sits around three to five hundred. Comfortable fluency, following a film without subtitles and arguing a point, is in the region of nine hundred to twelve hundred hours for an English speaker, which is roughly where the published guideline ranges put a language of Hindi's difficulty.
Three things move those numbers more than anything else.
Your first language. A Nepali or Urdu speaker starts most of the way there. A Japanese or Turkish speaker gets the grammar free and pays for the consonants. An English speaker pays for everything.
The proportion of speaking. An hour of conversation is worth several hours of input, because production is the bottleneck and only production trains it.
Consistency. Twenty minutes daily beats three hours on a Sunday by a wide margin, and it is not close — memory consolidates between sessions, and there is nothing to consolidate if the sessions are a week apart.
